  • Senior Vice President – Economic Research and Analysis
    Manage and lead the Economic Research and Analysis department, part of the Center for Economic Transformation (CET). Proactively work with other departments to understand and meet research, data and analysis needs relevant to real estate development, asset management, financial incentives, industry sector analysis, and other core NYCEDC businesses.
  • Vice President – Strategic Planning
    The Vice President is responsible for guiding projects related to economic growth in New York City. The VP is the number 2 position in the department, overseeing approximately half of the group’s projects and several team members. The role is similar to that of a senior manager/associate principle in a strategy consulting firm. Responsibilities include leading problem solving, assisting with structuring of project plans and documents; attending key meetings with executive clients within the NYCEDC and at City Hall.
  • Vice President, Budgeting – Asset Management
    This Director of Budget/Reporting, Lease Administration and Risk Management will be responsible for leading a team of approximately five staff members to provide the core financial support functions to the Division Head and the Portfolio Managers within Asset Management (AM). He/she will be a direct report to the AM Division Head.
