nycgov: Design and innovation agency, faberNovel, has put together an infographic showing trends in 2011 NYC Subway ridership data. Last year, MetroCards were swiped 1.6 billion times, creating billions of data points publicly available at mta.info. The infographic shows insights such as ridership across the five boroughs, most stations visited and where students go versus senior citizens. faberNovel has also created a poster available for download.
