- We announced a new “Made in NY” Media Center to open in DUMBO and be developed and operated by the Independent Filmmaker Project
- We urged you to vote for the winner of the NYC Best for Business Infographic Contest (we’re counting votes now!)
- We opened nominations for the 2013 class of NYC Venture Fellows - superstar global entrepreneurs
- We issued an RFP for the developer of a new business incubator on Staten Island
- We rolled out a Coney Island welcome for an orphaned baby walrus and his “mustachio”
- We soaked in the soaring atrium at Brooklyn Army Terminal and marveled at its past, present and future
