Juan Pablo Buritica isn’t looking for a job. But that hasn’t stopped a slew of employers from trying to hire him.

The 28-year-old Colombian-born engineer, who accepted a position at New York tech startup Onswipe in February, gets three solicitations a week. The salaries offered start at $130,000 and go up from there.

‘It feels very good,’ said Buritica who earns six figures at Onswipe.
