Gretchen the German Shepherd explores Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park. Brooklyn Army Terminal served as the largest military supply base in the U.S. through WWII—even famously deploying Elvis Presley to war! Today, BAT is home to traditional industrial tenants and new companies like Tough Mudder, a hardcore events company; Marc Joseph, a designer shoe company; DJ Expressions, a wholesale jewelry company; as well as furniture manufacturers, galleries, and theater/arts companies. Find out more about BAT.
