Welcome in the summer by joining us this weekend for Coney Island’s 30th annual Mermaid Parade. This unique Parade celebrates the sand, the sea, the salt air, and the beginning of summer, as well as the history and mythology of Coney Island, Coney Island pride, and artistic self-expression.
When: Saturday, June 23 (rain or shine) at 2:00pm
Where: The Parade begins on West 21st St and Surf Avenue

Queen Mermaid: Annabella Sciorra
King Neptune: Jackie “The Joke Man” Martling
After the parade, check out the official after-party “The Mermaid Parade Ball”. Music Icon MOBY will make an appearance, so don’t wait and get your tickets in advance! The party kicks off at 7pm in the Aquarium and will feature live bands in a festival setting.
