As part of the City’s ongoing efforts to help grow the manufacturing and industrial business sector, NYCEDC issued the Industrial Space Modernization Request for Proposals to allocate up to $8 million from the City Council Small Manufacturing Investment Fund to address space challenges faced by small industrial businesses and provide right-sized, affordable workspace. Awards will range from $1-2 million per project, with the potential for up to eight eligible projects to receive funding. Read more on our blog and sign up for our info session.
