Fashion Draft NYC: Recruiting Fashion’s Future Leaders

Twenty-five fantastic college seniors from 21 schools across the country had a uniquely unconventional and exciting Presidents’ Day weekend, which included meeting fashion industry leaders and interviewing for full-time jobs. NYCEDC partnered with Parsons The New School for Design for Fashion Draft NYC, a first-of-its-kind talent recruitment program. Over 350 students applied for the opportunity to travel to NYC, all expenses paid, to interview for management-track positions at NYC-based fashion-companies.
